To improve air quality and freshness in the building the Village was interested in having the old windows replaced, with windows that could open. The issue was that when the building was constructed, the windows could never open.  However, the Village of Deerfield was having a hard time finding a commercial window contractor who could replace their unique windows at their Public Works building.  After speaking with 3 different contractors, all said that the entire wall needed to be replaced. This drove the price up astronomically.  Then the Village found All Tech Builders. We were able to provide a cost effective retro-fit solution that was much more cost effective.

 Commercial Window Replacement for the Village of Deerfield included:

• Custom insulated windows were designed and manufactured to meet the specifications that resulted from a custom design with the intent to provide retro-fitted commercial windows that could be opened.
• Removal of old windows and all aluminum window trim.
• Use of scaffolding to access second floor windows of this municipal building.
• Grouting and sealing of windows.
• Painting as required to restore to “better than” previous condition.
